INSYNC is Tulgeen’s community inclusion arm.
With two fantastic centres, located in Bega and Merimbula, INSYNC provides community access and inclusion to support people in reaching their individual NDIS plan goals
We have an extensive range of creative, actve and social activities that are offered in a group environment or on a oneto‐ one basis. Our centres are well equipped with musical instruments, computers, iPads, video cameras, kitchens, a sensory room and craft rooms. We have an art precinct with three purpose built studios.
INSYNC supports people in the community to do their shopping, go to lunch, see a band, go to the footy or almost anything you can think of.
INSYNC has the staff, facilities and experience to support people with complex care needs.
We have a fleet of vehicles including two wheelchairs accessible vans. We have professional, friendly staff all with qualifications and broad life experiences.

Art In The Garage
Come and express yourself creatively.
Art in the Garage has fabulous art mentors who can support you to explore in a
variety of mediums. These include painting, sculpture, printmaking and ceramics.
There are three fully equipped studios in our art precinct and a pleasant outdoor space.
You'll have opportunities to exhibit works for sale locally, or further afield. The sessions are all one on one in supportive atmosphere and all mentors not only have art qualification, but are also qualified to work with people with disability.

INSYNC Cooking
Come and express yourself creatively.
Be supported to create wonderful tasty meals in a group or one to one session.
The sessions include being supported to plan and budget the meal. It can include;
- assistance with shopping for the ingredients
- support with using kitchen utensils and appliances
- information on healthy eating and
- opportunities to invite a family member or friend to a meal you have prepared.
It is your choice of meals from simple to exotic and all delicious!
You can come to us and work in one of our kitchens or we can come you.

INSYNC Community Access
Come and express yourself creatively.
INSYNC provides opportunities for people to participate in a wide range of Community Access programs.
Clients are supported to do a variety of activities such as;
- going shopping
- visits to the Library to borrow items
- having lunch out at local Clubs and cafes
- accessing community pools and the beach
- attending the movies,
- Ten Pin bowling,
- Art galleries and Exhibitions
- going on picnics,
- BBQ's and fishing.

INPRINT
Learn sewing, printmaking, art and design skills
INPRINT provides opportunity for participants to develop sewing, printmaking, art and design skills to produce individual works for sale by commission
Clients are supported to learn a range of skills such as;
- sewing
- printmaking
- art and design
- jewellery making
- and more.....
INPRINT provides opportunities to build on your existing skills, or develop completely new ones. Whether you want to create items to keep yourself, give as a gift, or even sell on commission, INPRINT can help you achieve your goals.

INSYNC Relaxation
INSYNC provides different types of relaxation programs
Our Relaxation Room is equipped with a reclining chair, aromatherapy oils, and relaxation music.
Our Sensory Room also has beanbags, textural items, and a special lighting system.
Clients choose from a range of activities, such as:
- being pampered with a hand soak, massage, and nail painting session
- enjoying our reclining chairs, bean bags, or sheepskin rugs whilst listening to an audio book.

INSYNC Craft
INSYNC provides different types of relaxation programs
At INSYNC, clients choose to express their creativity by participating in lots of different craft projects.
For example, Mosaic tiles have been made and are being installed at the front of our building to create an enjoyable courtyard space.
Textiles and knitting have resulted in individual aprons, personal bedspreads, library bags and floor rugs.
Card making is popular for family and friends birthdays and special occasions. Painting and drawing using a variety of methods and mediums is another favourite.

INSYNC Film and Theatre
We have an active and energetic film and theatre group equipped with a comprehensive range of resources including visual, audio and editing software.
Our clients are involved in all aspects of film and live performance creation and production.
We love showing off our dramatic and public performance skills and collaborate with professional film makers.
Our film and theatre group participates in a National Short Film Competition.
All of our activities at INSYNC encourage social inclusion and skills development. Involvement in our film and theatre group helps build confidence and develops social skills and relationships.

Participants can choose to learn life skills in a group or with one on one support in a fun and friendly environment. In the community or in our well-equipped centre.
We can support you to get confidence in most areas that you find challenging. Learn how to;
